Icescape Tropicana, the nation’s biggest undercover winter ice rink! Skate on real ice with your friends and family, enjoy the thrill of our rides, indulge in festive treats and beverages, and meet our beloved mascot, Pippen the Penguin.
Entry to the Tropicana is FREE to spectate and to enjoy the facilities. Skating Sessions are 45 minutes long and we recommend to arrive at least 20 minutes before your session during peak times.

Skate Hire is included for FREE with your ice skating ticket.
We recommend you arrive 20 minutes before your session start time, to ensure your skates are fitted correctly and you enjoy your full allotted time on the ice.
Skate Aids are available for £5 for children under 1.4m on a first come first served basis.
These can only be booked on the day prior to your session from the box office or skate aid collection point.
Your safety on the ice is our top priority. We have skate marshalls on the ice during each skate session to ensure the safety and welfare of all skaters.
Please follow the onsite Do’s and Dont's and most importantly enjoy your time on the ice!
