TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS
By choosing to purchase products through our website (www.icescape-tropicana.co.uk) or at the event, you are entering into an agreement with Icescape, whose registered office is Icescape Ltd, The Pavilion Centre, Frog Lane, Coalpit Heath, Bristol, BS36 2NW, under the terms and conditions set out below.
1. ORDERING FROM US
1.1. You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
1.2. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order, the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order prior.
1.3. A £1.00 booking fee shall be made against each online transaction containing a ticket. This standard booking fee shall be applied once to each transaction, regardless of the number of tickets or the type of ticket(s).
1.4. We may refuse to accept an order:
a) where goods are not available;
b) where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
2.1. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates.
2.2 By confirming and completing an order you are agreeing with the pricing shown at the time of transaction.
3. ISSUE OF TICKETS
3.1. When booking online your tickets are sent electronically and in real time via email. You will automatically be sent an email confirming your order along with a link or PDF of your tickets once payment is complete.
3.2 It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided a correct, valid email address at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to notify us if the tickets do not arrive in a timely manner. We will not refund your booking if you do not inform us of non-receipt of tickets. If we are unable to deliver your tickets to you for any reason, we reserve the right to set your order for collection at the venue.
3.3 Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.
4. TICKET PURCHASE & VALIDITY
4.1. Payments for tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are valid only for the duration specified on the ticket at the time of purchase or transaction confirmation.
4.2. On arrival at the event a legible printout of your ticket, e-ticket on a mobile device or booking number will be required to validate a ticket purchased through our website.
4.3 All tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
4.4 Icescape will not be responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen.
5.1. If you wish to cancel your order you understand that:
a) All tickets purchased are final and cannot be refunded or sold on.
b) Exchanges will only be granted if Icescape are contacted a minimum of 24 hours before the booked skating session. Exchanged tickets can only be used for the same value ticket sessions and can only be granted subject to availability. Exchanged tickets can only be used for same operational season duration as dated on the original purchased ticket.
c) If you wish to cancel your order please contact email@example.com or 01934 629829 (site phone number only in use during the live event).
6. EVENT CANCELLATION
a) Icescape have the right to close the event without notice if deemed necessary. In such a case we will attempt to notify all customers as soon as possible by email and in some cases by phone if we have that information.
b) If the event has been cancelled, you will be entitled to a face value refund.
c) If an event is rescheduled, you are usually given the option of retaining your tickets for a new date, or claiming a face-value refund. The email will contain details on how to obtain this refund, or you can contact us via our email address of firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
d) It is your responsibility to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue. We cannot guarantee to inform you directly of any changes to the event date, time or venue.
e) In the event of an event being cancelled or postponed, we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by you for travel, accommodation or any other related service.
7. EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY
7.1. If you wish to apply for a face value refund for your order (being the cost of the ticket minus any booking and transaction fees), you understand that:
a) We do not offer refunds, cancellations or amendments for tickets
b) No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) under age, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour (including smoking in no smoking areas), carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic recordings.

VISITOR TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. THE RIGHT OF ADMISSION
1.1. The right to admission to an event is reserved by us, and we may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at our reasonable discretion and may from time to time carry out security searches.
1.2. Animals are not permitted on site (except assistance dogs).
2. SAFETY ON THE ICE
2.1. All children aged 16 and under must be accompanied on site by an adult age 18 or over.
2.2. Children who cannot walk unaccompanied without support are not permitted on the ice.
2.3. Children aged 8 and under must always be accompanied on the ice by a ticket holding adult.
2.4. Children 9 – 12 years of age with a child ticket may skate without a parent or guardian on the ice but must always be supervised from a public viewing area.
2.5. All skaters skate at entirely their own risk. Icescape will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred. Anyone with any medical conditions, serious previous injuries, recently broken bones, knee or joint problems, head injuries, pregnancy, mobility problems, or taking prescribed drugs should carefully consider whether it is safe for them to participant without endangering themselves or other participants whilst skating. By participating in ice skating, skaters and spectators are deemed to have knowledge of, and assume the risks that are associated with ice skating. These include but are not limited to –
a) Injuries that result from collision or contact with other skaters or individuals on the ice.
b) Injuries that that involve objects, structures or obstructions within the intended path of travel of the skater on the ice.
c) Injuries that result from slips, trips and falls.
2.6. All skaters and spectators agree to follow our event Do’s and Don’ts. These can be found displayed at the event or on our website here. In addition, skaters and spectators agree to –
a) Read and abide by all signs and notices on site.
b) Listen, always cooperate and follow staff instructions.
c) Stay vigilant on the ice in order to avoid other skaters, objects or conditions on the ice surface.
d) Not skating under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other impairing substances.
3. SKATING AIDS
3. There are a limited number of skating aids available. These can only be booked on the day from the Box Office. Skating aids are for children 1.4m tall and below. Information about skate aids is displayed at the venue and if you purchase a skate aid you understand that –
a) the child must be 1.4m tall or below.
b) it is the accompanying adults’ responsibility to check the child’s height before purchasing a skate aid.
c) there are measuring tools at the venue, if any child looks over 1.4m they will be measured by staff and if above the height of 1.4m the skate aid will be removed.
d) skate aids are non-refundable.
4. ZERO TOLERANCE
4. It is important that all staff and visitors are to be treated with respect. We will not tolerate any violent, rude or abusive behaviour whether this is verbal or physical. In event of such behaviour the management reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the site.
5. This is a non-smoking site. Smoking of cigarettes and e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere on site by visitors.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM
6.1. CCTV is present at and around the venue. By visiting the event you give your express consent to all such filming and sound recording.
6.2. From time to time, Icescape and authorised third parties may take photographs and/or videos recordings at the event site. By accepting these Terms, you agree that Icescape or any authorised third party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional or publicity material in any format, including social media. You further agree that all copyright and any other intellectual property rights that subsist in or arise out of these materials shall be absolutely owned by Icescape or such authorised third party (subject to their agreement) as the case may be. If you prefer not to be included in photography or film footage, please advise a member of staff on the day of your visit.
6.3. Any photography, video or film footage taken from visitors for the purposes of commercial gain, must be undertaken only following a prior agreement and express permission of Icescape Ltd.
7. PERSONAL PROPERTY
7. Any personal property brought onto the site is done so at personal risk. Icescape recommends that visitors do not leave any property unattended. Icescape does not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal property whilst on site. There are lockers available on site for a non-returnable fee of £1.
8. FOOD & DRINK
8. No food or drink may be brought into the venue. Only food and drink purchased at the venue can be consumed in the venue, except in limited circumstances on proven medical grounds.
