No festive day out would be complete without Santa. Santa’s Grotto is an enchanting experience where children can wander through the magical grotto before meeting Santa and his elves. Enjoy a magical Christmas experience and make lasting memories.
Tickets to visit Santa include a great quality individual gift. There is no charge for up to two accompanying adults. One of the helpful elves will also take a photograph of your child’s visit with Santa. This photo can be purchased in a range of formats from the Photo Shop.
We recommend booking in advance to meet Santa as he has a very busy schedule! You can book specific time slots either online or at the Box Office.

Rides for all the family
We have three new festive rides this year at the Tropicana. Ride the magical icescape carousel, whizz around with friends on the dodgems, or give it your best shot and try to win prizes on our tin can stall.
Carousel = 1 token per rider
Dodgems = 2 tokens per car
Tin cans = 1 token (3 throws)
Tokens can be bought at the Box Office for £2 each or 6 for £10.
